The Journal of Gods and Monsters is a double blind, peer-reviewed, open access journal that seeks to explore the connections between the sacred and the monstrous. We encourage a wide variety of methodologies and approaches, and are open to analyses of monstrosity as it relates to all religious traditions. We are published by the Department of Philosophy at Texas State University. Interested in submitting an academic article to us? We recommend that you review the About the Journal page for the journal's section policies, as well as the Author Guidelines. Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.
